Unix-Like commands on WindowsXP's command prompt

Well, this may sound strange. But my WindowsXP system can do commands like: ls, chmod, mkdir, make, etc; just like Linux !!!

I've installed WinAVR , then suddenly all those basic Linux command became available on command prompt.

Isn't that ... whoaaa...?
